This versatile piece of equipment is designed to keep food warm for extended periods, making it perfect for establishments such as canteens, care homes, schools and self-service diners. Designed for functionality, the cupboards will keep plated meals at safe temperatures whilst the Bain Marie top keeps accompanying dishes, such as gravy or beans, warm and ready to serve. Equipped with simmerstat controls, the Bain Marie top on the 1887 mobile servery has the capacity to hold up to three 1/3 gastronorm pots and four 1/4 gastronorm pots. The two Bain Marie wells are also independently controlled, giving you the flexibility to set them at different temperatures to suit your specific needs. Crafted from high-grade, double-skinned stainless steel, the 1887 boasts excellent heat control and durability. Inside the unit there are two chrome wired shelves which are removable for maximum serving flexibility. The cupboard doors also have magnetic closure, and for easy mobility, the servery comes fitted with a sturdy handle and four swivel castors, two of which are braked. This model of the Parry mobile servery has a depth of 625mm which means it has a capacity for 20 plated meals. It comes 2-year warranty for parts and labour.
